Pearl world accepts payments from VISA, SHOP PAY, GOOGLE PLAY, MASTERCARD, AFTER PAY, WE CHAT and PAYPAL.

HOW CAN I KNOW MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS ARE SAFE IF I PURCHASE FROM YOUR WEBSITE ?

TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, You will get a tracking number by our email, you can check delivery confirmation, and tracking number to check you delivery.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DELIVERY CONFIRMATION?

If you have not received your delivery confirmation within 12 hours please email us at support@pearlworld.co.nz. We will assist you in tracking your order. 

CHANGING ORDER

CAN I CHANGE ORDER AFTER I CHECKED OUT?

You cant change or add your order more products if your already checked out, but you can call us +64 21 184 5934 or email us support@pearlworld.co.nz to make the change. Please let us know within 24 hours and we will attempt to stop the order before it has been dispatched.

DELIVERIES

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MAKE A ORDER?

You can not change by yourself after checked out, but you can call us +64 21 184 5934 or email us support@pearlworld.co.nz to let us know within 12 hours before it is dispatched.

HOW LONG SHOULD I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?

Delivery should be expected between 2 and 4 business days. Delivery time is dependent on the dispatch date and the distance of the delivery area.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

IF THE PRODUCTS DAMAGE WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND ?

Yes if the product arrived and it damaged we will refund or sent a new one for you.

CAN I CHANGE THE PRODUCT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

We have a 30-day return policy, To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. the cost of shipping is the buyer expense. Please check our
